Terms and Conditions
At your service
By downloading or using the At your service app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You’re not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trade marks, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Darek Rutkowski.
Subscription Terms & Conditions
Scope of Subscription
The application is available in several functional variants (plans). Depending on the chosen plan, quantitative limits, device limits, file storage limits, and access to cloud features may apply.
Plans
FREE (no-cost)
Demo plan. Quantitative limits apply, including:
- after adding the fifteenth order you may add five per month,
- you can add a new customer only if there are fewer than two,
- you can attach no more than one document to an order,
- you cannot add a device to stock,
- you cannot restore data from a backup.
BASIC – Basic
Full plan without cloud features. Data is stored locally on the device. The Basic plan does not include the restrictions of the FREE plan.
PERSONAL CLOUD – Personal Cloud
- 1 user (account) with cloud access.
- Up to 3 devices assigned to the user.
- Cloud file storage limit: 5 GB.
SMALL TEAM CLOUD – Small Team
- Up to 5 users in the team (Owner + Employees).
- Up to 3 devices per user.
- Shared company database in the cloud (organization) with roles and permissions.
- Cloud file storage limit: 20 GB per company.
MEDIUM TEAM CLOUD – Medium Team
- Up to 10 users in the team (Owner + Employees).
- Up to 3 devices per user.
- Shared company database in the cloud (organization) with roles and permissions.
- Cloud file storage limit: 50 GB per company.
How cloud and synchronization work (CLOUD plans)
To use cloud features, the app requires signing in with a Google account (Android, iOS) or an Apple account (iOS).
- Offline-first: the app works on local data, and changes are synchronized to the cloud in the background when the device has internet access.
- On-demand file sync: files (e.g., photos, PDFs) are downloaded and uploaded according to settings and at selected times (e.g., when opening a file). A downloaded file may be cached on the device.
- Team mode: in TEAM plans data is shared within the organization (company), and access to certain features depends on the user's role.
Roles and permissions in Cloud Team mode
- Owner (Administrator): full access, manages the team and the subscription.
- Employee: no access to payments or subscription management; can add and edit work data (e.g., orders/customers/services/devices/documents) but cannot delete company data or change critical company settings. Employees see only orders assigned to them and unassigned orders.
Backups and export/import
In Cloud mode the local backup may be limited (e.g., no restore from file and access only for the Owner).
Access to cloud after subscription expiry (CLOUD plans)
- If a Cloud Team / Cloud Personal subscription expires, access to cloud features and company data may be limited according to the plan rules.
- In TEAM plans Employees may lose access to company data on the next internet connection (e.g., if the Owner's subscription expires or an Employee is removed from the team).
- During a grace period the Owner may retain limited access (e.g., read-only) according to the plan rules.
- After a prolonged period without an active subscription and/or inactivity, the organization account and cloud data may be deleted after 30 days.
Guarantee of Owner data retention
The Owner of the organization does not lose their data: if the account/organization is deleted, cloud data is copied to the Owner's device so they can continue working locally (without synchronization). This option is available during the subscription period and the grace period. The guarantee expires when the grace period ends and cloud data is deleted.
Purchase of subscription
Payment will be charged to your Google Play / Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
Renewal of subscription
The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing subscriptions
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Google Play / App Store account settings after purchase.
Subscription processing
Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the App Store / Google Play under their own terms. We may use a trusted subscription service (e.g., RevenueCat) to verify your purchase and unlock Premium features across your devices. Prices may change and include applicable taxes as determined by the stores or local law.
User Content and Acceptable Use
- You agree not to use the app to upload, share, or transmit content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise harmful.
- You must not violate others’ privacy or intellectual property rights, or share other people’s data without their permission.
- No malware, automated scraping, bulk requests, interference with the service, reverse engineering, bypassing security, or abuse of invitations/notifications (including brute‑forcing codes).
- Follow all applicable laws, including export controls and financial reporting obligations where relevant.
- We may suspend or terminate access for violations or suspected abuse.
Service Availability and Backups
- The app depends on third‑party services and networks. Maintenance, outages, or provider limits can affect availability.
- We may change, limit, or discontinue features (including cloud features) at any time. Where feasible, we’ll aim to give notice in‑app.
- Keep your own backups. While the app offers backup/export options, you are responsible for safeguarding your data.
Changes in the app
Darek Rutkowski is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.
Security Terms & Conditions
The At your service app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide my Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the At your service app won’t work properly or at all, or its data could be exposed.
Internet connection Terms & Conditions
You should be aware that there are certain things that Darek Rutkowski will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but Darek Rutkowski cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.
If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.
Responsibility Terms & Conditions
Along the same lines, Darek Rutkowski cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, Darek Rutkowski cannot accept responsibility.
With respect to Darek Rutkowski’s responsibility for your use of the app, when you’re using the app, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavour to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. Darek Rutkowski accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.
Additional Disclaimers for Cloud Features
- No warranty of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data synced between users or devices. Sync operations may be delayed or fail, and notifications may be missed.
- We are not liable for data loss, corruption, duplicate entries, category mismatches, or unresolved conflicts that arise from syncing or user actions.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Darek Rutkowski from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your content and how you share it; (b) your misuse of the app or violation of these terms; (c) your violation of any law or third‑party rights; or (d) any dispute between you and other users or recipients of your shared data.
Terms & Conditions of an Update
At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android and iOS – the requirements for both systems (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. Darek Rutkowski does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the operating system's version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.
Changes to This Terms & Conditions
I may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms & Conditions on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
